Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with every Manson Home order. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

7-Day Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Email us at manojeetkarmakar@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refund Timelines

Once your return is approved: prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer — we'll collect your details by email.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, baby feeding items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless damaged or defective on arrival.
